Yesterday we drove up to Kansas City for the day. We had some rewards cash to get from our Costco credit card, and our nearest Costco is 3 hours away. Sad times in Wichita. But we had a great time. We partied in Costco (we love Costco with all our hearts) and then went to a cool mall with fun kid stores and an awesome Crayola store. On the way home we ate at Oklahoma Joes, which was delicious.
Grayce is not as good a traveler as Tom was (and still is). She complained a lot.

Love this! We talk about Oklahoma Joes at least once a month around here. Whenever Southwest has a sale we joke that it would be totally worth it to fly out for the day just to eat there. And we went to that same mall when we were in KC. I can totally picture that Crayola Store. Sad that Costco is so far away, but it looks like it was a fun day trip!
