we're back.

We've had a fun, busy time these past few weeks. Here are a few pictures to get me caught up.

Our friends Steve and Lauren came to visit with baby Kole. Matt and Steve were roommates at the same time Lauren and I were also roommates in the Glenwood and we got married on the same weekend. It was so fun to see them again.

We drove to California with Jo to visit the Hawkins.

We went to Stake Conference in Modesto, and Dad got released and we were happy to be there to see it and to welcome in the new guys. Mr. T had a blowout during the meeting and I had forgotten to bring an extra outfit. All I had was this sweater vest, so he had to meet all his adoring fans looking like his mom didn't know how to dress him. How embarrassing.

We got to celebrate Father's Day with the two Matts.

I wish I would have taken more pictures. Basically we had a great time, went swimming, ate delicious foods that I didn't cook, rode go-carts recklessly, wore all kinds of clothes from other people's (does that apostrophe go there? somebody? i need to go back to school.) closets, and the only thing keeping us from staying for a very extensive vacation was scout camp in Moab for Matt and the deacons.

So we came back home reluctantly, Tori kept me company while Matt was at camp, we partied with Livs and Maddie who came for the Washburn reunion, and now it's back to real life. And starting to think seriously about the big move in 7 weeks!
